Hi, i found the information of it.
It is a necklace that can reduce magic power of Super Confusion Magic from 100% to 20%.

Nah bro not reduced TO 20%
it should be reduced BY 20%
huge difference there.
basically what this thing does is that it reduces the usage of your MP by 20% when using all-targeting confusion spell (or if you want the direct translation from mandarin... super confusion spell)
let's say normally it'd cost you 100 MP to cast this spell, this thing will reduce the MP usage to 80 MP.

i don't think this necklace worth 700 coins, as compared with the value of half MP talisman of super disordered magic which costs about 40 coins.

It only reduces 20% mp, the talisman from lottery reduces 50% mp and it only cost about 40-50 coins. But this necklace is stolen from the ghost which may have some extra value as collection.

I... highly doubt it tho... yea it's rare but no it's not as useful as the ones from lottery... on top of that, it does not do anything special besides reducing all-targeting's MP usage... it has no reason to be that pricey in my opinion.

basically he's saying that the effect of this thing DOES add up with the talisman from the lottery.
so it'll be 50% reduction(from the talisman) + 20% reduction(from that item you have) = 70% total MP usage reduction. additionally, this thing IS very rare.
and those are the main reasons that makes this item so pricey.
